
Steve wants to say thank you to St. Paul and the SPRC for the opportunity to come and serve at St. Paul UMC. Steve and his wife Sabra are very excited about coming to St. Paul and look forward to our time together.
Here’s a short bio about Steve and Sabra:
Steve is a native of Hobbs, New Mexico where he attended St. Paul’s United Methodist church. Steve owned and operated a very successful
Steve chose the course of study route at Perkins School of Theology. He was ordained as a Deacon by Bishop Alfred Norris in 1998. His first appointment was Avoca from 1991-1993 then was appointed to the following: Roby 1993-1996, Miami 1996-2002, Friona 2002-2008, Dalhart 2008 – present.
Sabra is a native of Long Beach, California. Steve and Sabra met and married in 1981 and they thank God every day for allowing their paths to cross. Sabra has served in the medical field in both clinical and administrative positions for 40 years.
They have 2 children, a son and a daughter. Their son and his wife & grandson (age 11) reside in Wichita Kansas. Their daughter along with our twin granddaughter’s (age 7) & grandson (age 5) reside in Dalhart Some of the things Steve and Sabra enjoy are traveling, theatre and spending time with their “Glam Kiddos.”
Steve and Sabra are looking forward to their next step in ministry at St Paul.
